I profoundly enjoyed Gerard's course Financial Markets and Technology. The course was designed in a very interactive, knowledgeable, fun and hands on manner. I felt encouraged to ask questions at any point, and challenge Gerard's lessons - which I greatly appreciated.

The theoretical knowledge gained in the course was emphasized with a practical simulation of financial markets. The Epi-Trade® LIVE sessions helped me understand the technicalities and dynamics of modern trading. I was personally stunned at how theoretically easy concepts can in practice be much more difficult than anticipated. The Epi-Trade® LIVE sessions added a real touch to the theoretical knowledge I have been accumulating throughout my studies. They gave me a glimpse of how things work in reality. At the same time the sessions helped me see the difficulties that are attached with electronic trading such as 'fat fingers' which in theory sounds funny, yet in practice becomes an evident issue.
