Players experience the fast-paced trading action of the financial markets in an environment which accurately replicates real-world events, allowing for effective transfer of learning back to the workplace.

Epi-Trade®Sprint supports Epi-Trade®LIVE for larger audiences.

Epi-Trade®ALGO allows Learners to create their own algorithmic solutions from scratch, without any pre-requisite programming knowledge. Building an actual, working trading bot is a powerful, engaging and fulfilling way for Learners to actively combine all the principles they have learnt and cement their process-flow. In doing so, they holistically assimilate all the targeted Learning Outcomes, developing Skills that can be used to solve all manner of problems, instead of just learning the Knowledge to answer a given question.

Pedagogical Approach

Programmes are designed to be 1, 2 or 3-days in duration, depending on the desired Learning Outcomes.

Epi-Trade® can be played in teams or individually; players can gain hands-on experience in managing front-office trading, middle-office risk and back-office settlements and clearing activities. This gamification process aims to maximise enjoyment and engagement through capturing the interest of learners and inspiring them to continue learning.

Each trading session is designed to provide tangible, specific and realistic learning outcomes. Players convene after each session for a de-brief with the trainer, to peer teach and to share their experiences from the session.
