What I liked best about Mission to Mars was that the participants were not explicitly told how to communicate or collaborate to hit their targets. Through the game mechanics, they were led to discover the key ingredients for a team to work successfully together and this was more powerful than any lecture can provide. Because they physically experienced and internalized the learning points during the course, I envision that they will find it easier to practice these new-found concepts back at work.

Rather than buying an off-the-shelf "Finance for non-finance managers" program, Epitrain helped us develop an engaging 2-day program that was contextualised to our business, using bespoke case studies and simulation to deliver the key learning outcomes to our participants.
