In this course, Learners will acquire the skills required to perform effective Project Costing and Feasibility competencies. The focus will be on the cost aspects of Project Management, such as Opportunity Analysis, Business Case and Feasibility studies, Profitability and Cost analysis, Budget Planning and Control, through to reviewing Returns on Investment.
