- Recognise the causes of poor team dynamics in the workplace
- Identify different communication styles, including personal style
- Convey feedback with a constructive approach
- Practice appropriate strategies to overcome communication barriers
Conflict Management:
Through appreciating the nature and role of conflict in our world, this course will guide the Learners to navigate around the pitfalls of conflict situations and learn how to leverage on it.
Through activity-based Learning, Learners will realise and take ownership of their personal conflict management style and experience ways to resolve conflict situations during the activities.
